I am hating my phone lately! I've blogged like 3 posts from the puke of a phone and still no evidence of any. I just made a mouth fart noise.

Beat, Bang, BOOM!

Dave's birthday drum set has finally arrived!! Hoot rah! Since we live in very close proximity to neighbors, the jam sessions have and continue to take place in Dave's classroom at the middle school. There is the set up and take down process but other than that, it makes a great music get away.

This room is usually filled with 8th grade insanities, but may just be where inspiration turns to magic?? It's bound to happen sometime soon! Right?

It was pretty hillarious to see this discovery 1st hand.

He would grab his belly with both hands, move it a little, then look up at Dave and I, then back down again.

What's funny is that most of us have had this same phenomenon. "when did that get there?"

Can I take a sick day?

Oh wow. This is day #2 of feeling like complete and uttermost DOO doo. It's tough being a sick mom...at home with one kid. It's made me think how crazy and impossible it would be to have more than one kid at home and be barfy. Changing a diaper just makes me want to yakity yak even more.

Honestly, I can't really remember my mom being sick when I was younger. If it was bad enough, we were probably just given to the neighbors until dad got home.? Maybe that's my next move? Nope, baby's asleep so i'm going to bed. aaahh. Finally

Friday Film Day!

If you've heard my story, then you already know the detailed digi- dilemma. Basically the Carter's need a new digital cam and until that blessed day, I take pics on my Canon sure shot that dates back to Christmas '96. It's been a winner alright but believe me it's hard not to have that instant gratification of seeing and having your picture 2 seconds later. So, after patiently waiting...
