Backyard away from home.

Dave's classroom/school has been one of our favorite places to play at since he started working there. His classroom is nice and airconditioned, unlike our house. It has a tv, computer, drum set, guitars and the soon to be Carter family band.!.. Haha, we're just waiting for the new baby to be a back up singer. Ya right and the mom to get some kind of musical skill.
Anyways, this is our daily morning hangout and the majority of our time is spent running around outside. This morning Beck was loving the boomerang.

*A big dump truck drove around the school close to where we were standing and Beckham stopped to stare and wave at him. The guy driving honked his Thunderous horn at us like 3 long blows and Beck seriously about blew over and we both peed a little.
I looked up at him and he was cackeling like his day was now 1000 times better. I guess it was pretty funny.

Soon to be BIG brother says..

We should name baby sister Bea... like Bee. Now, Dave and I are starting to like it. Bea Carter? Haha. Really though??
Once we narrow our list down to a few, maybe I'll post them and see what you think?

The road.

I have this pic as the wallpaper on my phone now.... It is sort of an inspiration/motivation for me as well as a 'look at the road I'm on, where I've been and where I'm headed' type deal?
* I cannot wait to start running and biking again! I love it.! And miss it bad. This pic is one of my roads of frequent travel.
* I also can't believe that seriously I will be pushing out kid #2 in no more than 14 days...Dave's prediction is this wed. I say this week as well. Wow.
Looking back, I can't believe that I'm here already?
I guess its just a cheesy reminder of how life's journey is relatively short and to enjoy it every step of the way.

4 1/2 weeks... or LESS.

Alright, first things first. -NO, I have not had baby #2 yet.
-YES, I am lacking in the blogging department lately.

But honestly, the two of those statements have caused me no 'real' pain....yet. Launch date is approaching quickly and I know full well what lies ahead. Or with a head. Or with said, 'blast off'?! Haha

Regardless of all that shttuff, us Carter's are very excited to have a new addition to the fam. Who will she look like? Could it be possible or crazy enough that we have another with red hair? That was a shocker when Beckham came out sporting his red mohawk. (this is where a stylin newborn pic would be)

*Side note: reason for blog slack is directly related to the lack of a computer.
-Dave's school/work computer STILL has blogger, Facebook, youtube, and other vital entertainment sites BLOCKED. Kill me.
-I no longer nanny at a house with internet...sad but good.
-which has left me to my trusty blackberry. Slow and dull.. With slim picture capabilities.

Coming Soon mohawk or not and things have been going on, mostly as usual.
>Dave's last day of 'teaching' school was the 30th. No more stinky 8th graders and crabby parents until fall.. Woo hoo! Way to go Dave!! He is still working full time at the depot and going to school for his Masters. Busy busy.
>We had our 5th year anniversary on Wednesday and it has only gotten better! I think I'll keep him around.

Made 6 cards and went to graduation for some of my soccer girls and yw in my ward. Only 68 in their senior class.

Beckham got a big boy bed to make room for sister.
