what's in the phone?

Here are some of the latest phone shots.

Visiting my sister shelly at her new job, Lullibies and Lady bugs or caterpillars..I forget, some bug? Its a baby store in centerville with the cutest stuff. This is her manager's little girl, Lexie playing with Beck.

Bathtime is a favorite. Which reminds me, last night Beckham discovered his boy parts. It was funny. He would point and say 'a-da?' Its tough to see anything past his lil' pot belly. I can relate and will again soon.

Saturday Beck and I went to Region for the 2A drill teams. Between dances he would run clear out there and get his groove on.

11 inches of snow already

NO kidding, this week is going to be insane. Today the schools announced a "snow day" and sent everyone home at lunch. IN UTAH, a snow day? Now that is a storm. It was mostly the wind/fog combo that made it bad. I bet the visibility was only about 10 feet. The news predicts 2 more storms before the week is over. I wonder what it will take for Dave to leave the cruiser at home and actually drive to work. Today didn't phase him.?

Fishing at it's Coolest...brrr

Most wintery weekends my dad is ice fishing on a couple hours of sleep. He lives and breathes fishing and hunting of all sorts. This past weekend Beckham and I decided to bundle the best we could and join the crazy clan. Rockport resevoir is only about a 15 minute drive from my house which makes it a bit easier. Dave Always, always has to work and unfortunately missed out on our little escapade.
I was kind of worried how Beck would handle his 1st ice fishing experience...considering the 14 degree weather, the snowmobile ride, and the thought of him somehow falling through a "hidden" hole. Even with all that...he did great.

Once we arrived at our designated fishing area, there were 3 tents set up with Mr. Heaters in them to bring up the temp a bit. It was actually quite cozy.

Of courst the fish were all frozen so they were more like a fighting sword.

Here's my pops. And I don't doubt that he brought me out on a frozen lake at a toddler age. Maybe I'll dig up some old family fishing pics.

Dad, me n'Beck and Uncle Perry

Frozen fish were definately the highlight of the trip.

"My Buddy, my buddy and me."

This is Beckham's friend Kyle. He came to play for a couple hours. Beckham wanted a whole banana so he could show off...it makes him feel tough.

Let's get to the cocoa!

I bought Beckham some new killer boots and a snow coat so we could go sledding, make a snowman, build a fort and then drink warm cocoa together. He wasn't feeling it like I was. Maybe next time huh?

Blog Makeover #1

Here's the Wintery-Cool new look. What do you think? We've even got a little fetus that does somersaults. All the credit and thanks goes to my more techy/creative friend, Alisa Holland. BRAVO!

15 weeks Prego.

I had a Dr. appt. yesterday and until then I really thought that I was only 14 weeks along. Yay, for skipping ahead. Dave and I were hoping for an ultrasound and to maybe find out what we're having, But No, this Dr. only does ONE ultrasound around 20 weeks and that is it. I mean, unless of course there is a problem or reason for another. So, I'm kind of bummed. We were so spoiled with Beckham because we were able to see him every single visit. Our clinic in Ogden had an ultra sound machine in every room and would print out little pics of him and everything. It was awesome.

I had a dream last night that the baby was "supposed" to be boy but when he came out it was really a girl. haha. The crazy dreams are just beginning I guess. So the date will be Feb. 20th when we really find out what we're having.

Besides the Prenatal visit, Beckham had to get FIVE shots. The nurses double teamed him and poked both thighs at the same time, while I held him down and Dave tried not to watch. It is SO SAD to see your kid get shots. Then the nurse just to make it worse, looked at Beck and says, "Bad Mommy!" I was like, are you kidding me...it was mean.
